This project was a global \u201croll-in\u201d system integration in which the company processes were harmonized and adapted to existing processes. The ACOPA employees were responsible for the system setup in the midterm horizon (SNP) as well as in the short-term horizon (PP\/DS). The business requirements were implemented into the \u201cnew\u201d system landscape to gain transparency for the complex global Supply-Chains<\/p>\n

Our customer is a global company that is characterized by sustainability and innovative technologies. The complex supply chain network also creates new challenges for IT; new requirements must be met in detail and implemented into the system landscapes; therefore, it is important that we constantly deal with new technologies to satisfy customer needs.<\/div>\n

<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Situation \u2013 starting point
<\/span><\/strong>At the beginning of the project there were two different companies which had to be harmonized and merged in one SAP system landscape on a global level. The challenge was to align the business processes of both companies and set them up in the IT Environment in a proper way.<\/span><\/p>\n

Implementation<\/span><\/strong>
Upcoming changes and adjustments always needed to be communicated and coordinated on a global level in consideration of the project plan and time frame. Therefore, a period of 2 years was considered to implement all the requirements and business needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Result
<\/strong>The implementation into the new system landscape has been successful; our customer has now more transparency over the global supply chains and is able to plan and control his production more effectively.<\/p>\n

    • Kurze Zusammenfassung, was haben wir gemacht bzw. worum ging es bei dem Projekt?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      In diesem Projekt ging es um eine globale Systemintegration bei der die Unternehmensprozesse harmonisiert und an bestehende Prozesse angepasst wurde. Die Mitarbeiter der ACOPA haben dabei sowohl die Planung im mittelfristigen Horizont (SNP) als auch im kurzfristigen Horizont (PP\/DS) \u00fcbernommen und die Business Anforderungen in die SAP-Landschaft implementiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Unser Kunde ist ein weltweit agierendes Unternehmen, dass sich insbesondere durch Nachhaltigkeit und innovative Technologien auszeichnet. Durch das komplexe Supply-Chain Netzwerk ergeben sich auch immer wieder neue Herausforderungen f\u00fcr die IT; neue Anforderungen m\u00fcssen detailliert gepr\u00fcft werden und in die Systemlandschaft implementiert werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Ausgangssituation<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Ausgangspunkt waren zwei unterschiedliche SAP-Systemlandschaften auf globaler Ebene die miteinander harmonisiert werden mussten. F\u00fcr das sogenannte \u201eRoll-in\u201c mussten sowohl die Stammdaten f\u00fcr die neue Systemlandschaft aufbereitet werden als auch die Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse an die neue Umgebung angepasst werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Durchf\u00fchrung<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Die Herausforderung in diesem Projekt war es, die bevorstehenden \u00c4nderungen und Anpassungen in den Systemen so zu organisieren, dass der Zeitplan gehalten werden kann da hier stets auf globaler Ebene abgestimmt werden musste. Dabei galt es die Businessprozesse aus verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern in die \u201eeigene\u201c Systemwelt zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren und mit bestehenden Prozessen zu harmonisieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Resultat<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Die Implementierung in die neue Systemlandschaft ist erfolgreich verlaufen und der Kunde kann nun auf globaler Ebene effektiver seine Produktion planen und steuern. Das Projekt hat mehr Transparenz geschaffen und alte Planungsl\u00f6sungen mit EXCEL abgeschafft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Mehrwert f\u00fcr den Kunden<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
